- The inspiration for the Frida Collection stems from mid-20th-century industrial laboratory lighting. While wandering through an antique market, our lead designer was struck by a weathered brass test-tube rack. Its pure geometric lines and heavy metallic texture exuded a sense of history that felt both grounded and sophisticated.
- The goal was clear: to create a lighting series that fits perfectly into a modern minimalist home while retaining the warmth of a "heritage" piece. Thus, "Tubular Minimalism" became the core design language of Frida.
2. Putting Pen to Paper: The Iterative Sketching Phase
Once the inspiration was captured, it had to find a home on paper. The designer drew dozens of sketches, obsessively adjusting the proportions of the tube diameter.
