SHIPPING POLICY
Mooijane is a US-based lighting brand with our corporate office located in the United States and our manufacturing facilities situated in Asia.
To provide you with the most efficient service and the latest designs, our products are shipped directly from our factory to your doorstep when local stock is unavailable. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may be dispatched from our Asian facility to ensure timely delivery and direct-from-factory quality.
Where are items shipped from?
All packages are shipped directly from our factory located in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Delivery times reflect international shipping from China to your destination.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Some made-to-order products require an additional 3–4 business days for production before shipment. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you don't see it, please check your junk/spam folder.

We currently do not ship to the following countries or regions:
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, San Marino, American Samoa, Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, Western Samoa.
All African countries and all South American countries (except Brazil) are not currently listed. If you are in one of these regions and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@mooijane.com and we will calculate a shipping rate for you.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices on our website are exclusive of taxes. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be charged upon arrival in your country and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Special note for EU/UK orders: Customers in EU countries, the UK, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary should select Standard Shipping to avoid high import duty assessments at customs.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Items may arrive in multiple packages due to the size and nature of our products.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once a package leaves our factory in China, it enters the international logistics network and cannot be intercepted. Please cancel within 3 days of order confirmation. After shipment, wait for delivery and contact us to arrange a return.
Address Change Policy
Address changes may be requested within 3 days of order placement at no charge. After 3 days, we will attempt to update the address but cannot guarantee success. Any carrier rerouting fees after shipment are the customer's responsibility.
Undelivered Orders
If your order cannot be delivered within 90 days, we will notify you, cancel the order, and issue a full refund.
