Our design team will prepare technical drawings and 3D renderings of your custom fixture and send them to you within 24 hours — completely free. You'll see the exact dimensions, materials, finishes, and proportions before committing to anything. Revisions are welcome at this stage at no additional charge.

Once you're happy with the design, you'll confirm your approval in writing and complete payment. This is the point at which production begins. Please review the design carefully — once manufacturing starts, changes cannot be made and returns are not accepted except in the case of a quality defect.

Before your fixture is packed and dispatched, we photograph the completed product from multiple angles and send the images directly to you for approval. We only ship after you confirm you're satisfied. This gives you a final opportunity to verify that everything matches the approved design.

Once you've approved the pre-shipment photos, we arrange international shipping to your address. All standard shipping costs are included in the quoted price — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Custom Order Return Policy
Because every custom fixture is made exclusively to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun — unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.
This is why we offer free design drawings and require written approval before production starts. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the design before confirming.

Quality & Defect Protection
While returns are not accepted for custom orders, you are fully protected against manufacturing defects. If your fixture arrives damaged in transit or with a quality issue not present in the approved photos, we will repair, replace, or refund at no cost.
