Trade accounts are open to verified business customers — including retail stores, interior designers, architects, property developers, hospitality businesses, and landscape designers. We review each application individually to ensure the right account type is assigned.
How long does the approval process take?
Our trade team reviews all applications within one business day. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account is approved, including your login details and a full breakdown of your account benefits.
How are discounts applied at checkout?
Discounts are applied automatically based on your single order value. There are no codes to enter — once your account is active, simply browse and checkout as normal. Your tier will be calculated and applied before payment.
Can I apply for both Wholesale and Interior Design accounts?
Each business is assigned one account type based on their primary business activity. If your business spans both retail and design, our trade team will work with you to determine the most appropriate account type during the review process.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement to maintain a trade account. Discounts begin from your first order at $1 and scale automatically with order value. However, a minimum order may apply for certain bespoke or custom products — our team will advise on a case-by-case basis.
