Here is our return and exchange process: Defective Products or Shipping Damage – If you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer free returns and exchanges. We will cover the shipping costs and ensure a timely replacement or refund.

Non-Defective Items – If you change your mind or the product does not meet your expectations, you can still return or exchange it, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Item Condition Requirements – All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for our return and exchange service. This ensures the item is safe for resale or use.

Tips to Avoid Returns:

To help you avoid returns and additional shipping costs, we recommend contacting us before shipping and providing your order number. We can provide photos or videos of the item to confirm the color, size, and details. Once you have confirmed everything is correct, we will arrange shipment, ensuring that the received item meets your expectations.
