Die Nelson Ball Crisscross Bubble Pendelleuchte basiert auf dem ursprünglichen Design von 1952 des genialen George Nelson. Mit Hilfe von Techniken und Überschussmaterialien aus dem zweiten Weltkrieg schuf Nelson die erste Serie von Bubble Lamps – übersprüht mit einem transluzenten weißen Kunststoff, der bei Beleuchtung eine weiches, organisches Aussehen erzeugt.
Das leichte Stahlkabinett gewährleistet, dass die Leuchte auch unter Spannung ihre Form behält. In diesem Stück bildet ein Netzwerk aus verbundenen Stahlkabeln ein charmantes geometrisches Gittermuster. Hängen Sie mehrere auf, um ein zartes, sanftes Licht zu schaffen.

Jedes Modell repräsentiert eine eigenständige Silhouette der Nelson-Bubble-Familie — flache Scheibe, runde Kugel, verlängerter Zylinder, Tropfen oder zusammengesetzte Formen. Die Modelle A und B sind breite, scheibenähnliche Formen in verschiedenen Größen. Die Modelle C–I bieten mehr skulpturale Profile. Wählen Sie basierend auf dem visuellen Gewicht und den Proportionen, die am besten zu Ihrer Deckenhöhe und Raumgröße passen. Das Kombinieren verschiedener Modelle in unterschiedlichen Höhen ist eine beliebte Methode.
Welches Leuchtmittel benötige ich?
Diese Pendelleuchte verwendet ein E26- oder E27-Leuchtmittel (Standard-US-Fassung), max. 40W. Für das authentischste weiches Glühen durch die Maulbeerseiden-Abdeckung empfehlen wir ein warmweißes LED-Leuchtmittel.
