What is the minimum length you can adjust the wire holding cord for the Lola Glass Chandelier? We have an 8' ceiling height and need the maximum height/length of the light to be 20". Is this possible?

This lamp is provided with 150cm(59″) wire. adjustable length. you can adjust it as you like. The height of the body of this lamp is 30cm/11.8in. You can adjust the length of the wire within 20cm/7.8in.
