Shells with soft color, natural grain, and high integrity are hand-picked from imported raw material for a unified yet layered look.

Cleaning & Surface Prep

Each shell is gently cleaned to remove surface impurities while preserving its natural pearl sheen and grain.

Cutting & Polishing

Shells are shaped into discs or free-form pieces, with edges finely polished for a smooth feel and refined look.

Hand-Drilling & Sorting

Sorted by size, color, and thickness, then precisely drilled by hand for the layered stringing and arrangement that follows.

Natural shell is beautiful, but it asks for a gentle touch. A few simple steps keep your seashell lamp looking new for years.

Everyday Dusting

Lightly dust with a soft dry towel, microfiber cloth, or feather duster. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.

Spot Cleaning

For light marks, wipe gently with a cloth dampened in clean water, wrung until not dripping. Never use alcohol, strong acids, or alkaline cleaners — they damage the natural nacre.

Moisture & Sun

Keep the fixture in a dry spot. Avoid very humid rooms or long direct sun, which can rust metal parts or make the shell brittle.

Light Source

Pair with LED cool-light or low-wattage warm bulbs. Avoid old incandescent bulbs, whose high heat can harm natural shell.
