What bulbs do I need, and how many for each size?

This chandelier uses G9 base bulbs (max 5W each). We recommend warm-white LED G9 bulbs (2700K–3000K) for the cozy candlelit glow that best flatters brass and crystal. Bulbs are not included.

Which configuration should I choose?

A quick guide:
Single-Tier (3/6/8 heads) works for standard 8-9 ft ceilings — great over dining tables, kitchen islands, and living areas.
2-Tier (3+6, 4+8) is best for 10-14 ft ceilings — foyers, entryways, and double-height dining rooms.
3-Tier (5+5+10) is a dramatic statement for 15+ ft ceilings — grand foyers, staircase halls, and cathedral spaces.

What ceiling height do I need?

For dining rooms, bottom of fixture should sit 30–36″ above the table. For foyers and entryways, bottom should be at least 7 ft (84″) from the floor. Tiered configurations need proportional ceiling height — the 5+5+10 requires 12+ ft ceilings to feel balanced.

How do I clean brass and crystal?

Turn off power first. For crystal accents, use a soft microfiber cloth lightly dampened with warm water and a drop of dish soap — polish dry to prevent water spots. For the brass frame, use a dry microfiber cloth or slightly damp cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners or ammonia which will dull the finish. Deep clean every 6 months.

Can I customize the chain length?

Yes. The standard hanging chain is 19.7″ (50 cm) which works for most 8-10 ft ceilings. For taller ceilings, contact us before placing your order with your ceiling height and desired drop — we can arrange a custom chain length at no additional cost in most cases.

Does it require professional installation?
