Plis :
La Lampe Suspendue Tense Tyvek est fabriquée à partir de papier DuPont solide mais flexible. Pour la protéger pendant le transport, l'abat-jour peut être plié, de sorte que certaines pièces peuvent arriver avec des plis légers. C'est normal et temporaire—les plis s'estomperont progressivement après l'installation, car le matériau se détend et s'aplanit avec l'utilisation et la lumière.

Pas de lumière après installation :
Si la lampe ne s'allume pas, veuillez vérifier le câblage. Assurez-vous que le fil positif (+) est connecté à la borne positive et le fil négatif (-) à la borne négative. Les connexions inversées peuvent empêcher la lampe de s'éclairer.
