My 5 stars go to both the product and the efficiency of the Customer Care team. I must say that, having requested a customization to the chosen chandelier, the delivery times inevitably became longer, but I was always assisted and supported by a very attentive, helpful, and responsive customer service team. Communication was constant and professional and, honestly, I can say it is the best customer care I have ever dealt with.
It is important to be aware that these products require fairly long lead times, but the final result was absolutely worth the wait: a high-quality product, exactly as I wanted it and exactly as presented on the website. Highly recommended.
