Will my marble pattern match the photo?
Not exactly — and that's the point. Each Marvello base is hand-cut from natural marble, so vein pattern, density, and undertone vary between pieces. Your sconce will share the same overall character as the photo (dark base with rich veining) but the pattern will be uniquely its own.
Are bulbs included? Do I need to buy any?
No bulbs needed. The Marvello has a built-in 2700K warm white LED, so it ships ready to install — just hardwire it and the warm glow is built in. The LED is integrated and not user-replaceable.
Is this wall sconce dimmable?
No — the built-in LED is non-dimmable as standard. Wire it to a regular on/off switch. Pairing with a dimmer may damage the integrated driver and is not recommended.
Can I install it above a bathroom vanity mirror?
The Marvello is rated IP20 — well-suited to bedrooms, hallways, powder rooms, and living spaces. For full bathrooms with showers or tubs, we recommend a damp-rated fixture instead, especially within 3 ft of any direct water source.
Can I install it myself, or do I need an electrician?
The Marvello is hardwired, so we recommend a licensed electrician — particularly if your wall box is not already prepared. Marble adds weight, so confirm your wall anchor is rated for stone fixtures during install.
