Sobre o Ecrã em Tecido: O ecrã da lâmpada é feito em tecido elástico e é cosido, pelo que uma costura visível está presente — isto faz parte do design e não é um problema de qualidade.

A costura visível no ecrã em tecido é um defeito?
Não — a Anela utiliza tecido elástico que é cosido, pelo que uma linha de costura é naturalmente visível. Isto é uma parte intencional do design e construção da lâmpada, não um problema de qualidade. Cada lâmpada é cuidadosamente inspecionada antes do envio.
O que é o controlador TRIAC e onde se coloca?
O controlador TRIAC controla a função de regulação LED. Como o dossel é compacto, o controlador não cabe no interior — está posicionado externamente, normalmente oculto acima da caixa de junção do teto ou na cavidade do dossel. O seu eletricista tratará disto durante a instalação.
Esta luminária requer uma lâmpada?
Não — a Anela possui um LED integrado. Não há qualquer lâmpada para comprar ou substituir. Chega pronta para ser ligada diretamente e usada fora da caixa.
Qual o tamanho que devo escolher?
O ∅11.8″ (30 cm) funciona bem como luz de quarto ou destaque; o ∅15.7″ (40 cm) é adequado para a maioria das mesas de jantar e salas de estar; o ∅19.7″ (50 cm) faz uma declaração marcante em espaços maiores de plano aberto. Tenha em conta que os tamanhos maiores são mais pesados — certifique-se de que a sua caixa de junção do teto consegue suportar o peso.
É necessária instalação profissional?
Sim — a Anela é ligada ao circuito e requer uma ligação elétrica ao teto. Recomendamos um eletricista licenciado, especialmente para os tamanhos maiores devido ao seu peso (~22 lbs para o 50 cm).
