Everyday Dusting
Lightly dust with a soft dry towel, microfiber cloth, or feather duster. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.
Spot Cleaning
For light marks, wipe gently with a cloth dampened in clean water, wrung until not dripping. Never use alcohol, strong acids, or alkaline cleaners — they damage the natural nacre.
Moisture & Sun
Keep the fixture in a dry spot. Avoid very humid rooms or long direct sun, which can rust metal parts or make the shell brittle.
Light Source
Pair with LED cool-light or low-wattage warm bulbs. Avoid old incandescent bulbs, whose high heat can harm natural shell.
