La Nelson Ball Crisscross Bubble Pendant se basa en el diseño original de 1952 del ingenioso George Nelson. Utilizando técnicas militares estadounidenses y suministros sobrantes después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, Nelson creó el primer conjunto de Bubble Lamps — cubriéndolas con un spray de plástico blanco translúcido que produce una estética suave y orgánica cuando se iluminan.
El marco de alambre de acero ligero asegura que la lámpara mantenga su forma incluso bajo tensión. En esta pieza, una red de alambres de acero interconectados crea un delicioso patrón geométrico entrecruzado. Cuelga en grupo para un brillo ambiental delicado.

Cada modelo representa una silueta distinta en la familia Nelson Bubble — disco plano, bola redonda, cilindro alargado, gota de agua o formas compuestas. Los modelos A y B son formas anchas y planas en múltiples tamaños. Los modelos C–I ofrecen perfiles más escultóricos. Elige según el peso visual y las proporciones que mejor se adapten a tu altura de techo y tamaño de sala. Agrupar diferentes modelos a alturas variadas es un enfoque muy popular.
¿Qué bombilla necesito?
Esta lámpara colgante utiliza una bombilla de base E26 o E27 (casquillo estándar US), máx 40W. Para el brillo suave más auténtico a través de la cubierta de seda de morera, recomendamos una bombilla LED cálida.
