La lampadaire Cigar Lotus Nelson apporte ce classique du design George Nelson dans un environnement de table. Son élégant abat-jour repose sur une base en acier disponible avec ou sans revêtement en noyer, et un tirant d'allumage pratique avec extrémité en noyer massif. La lampe est également livrée avec un cordon enfichable de 86 pouces.
Les Bubble Lamps Nelson ont été conçues pour la première fois en 1952 lorsque Nelson s'est inspiré d'une série de suspensions suédoises. Leur prix élevé a incité Nelson à concevoir sa propre série, et il a mis au point un processus innovant qui remplaçait leur abat-jour en soie par un matériau plastique translucide, les rendant accessibles à un prix modéré.
