What makes the shade look like alabaster?
The shade is crafted from premium resin engineered to replicate natural alabaster stone — including its warm translucency, subtle surface texture, and delicate veining. When lit, it glows with a soft, diffused warmth reminiscent of genuine stone.
What bulb do I need?
This pendant uses an E26 or E27 base bulb (standard US socket), max 40W. We recommend a Warm Light LED bulb — it enhances the warm glow through the alabaster-inspired shade and complements the antique gold frame beautifully. Bulbs are not included.
Can I adjust the hanging height?
Yes — the Orielle comes with a 59″ (150 cm) adjustable cord. Excess cord can be tucked into the canopy, making it suitable for both standard 8 ft ceilings and taller spaces.
Does it require professional installation?
This pendant is hardwired and requires a ceiling electrical connection. We recommend having a licensed electrician handle the wiring. Refer to the Installation Guide in the Downloads section for full instructions.
