Creases:
The Tense Tyvek Pendant Lamp is made from sturdy yet flexible DuPont paper. To protect it during shipping, the shade may be folded, so some pieces can arrive with light creases. This is normal and temporary—the creases will gradually fade after installation as the material relaxes and smooths out under use and light.

No Light After Installation:
If the lamp doesn’t turn on, please check the wiring. Make sure the positive (+) wire is connected to the positive terminal and the negative (-) wire to the negative terminal. Reversed connections can prevent the lamp from lighting.
