Vouwen:
De Tense Tyvek Hanglamp is gemaakt van stevig maar flexibel DuPont papier. Om bescherming tijdens verzending te bieden, kan de kap gevouwen zijn, zodat sommige stuks met lichte vouwen kunnen aankomen. Dit is normaal en tijdelijk—de vouwen zullen geleidelijk vervagen na installatie als het materiaal onder gebruik en licht ontspant en glad wordt.

Geen licht na installatie:
Als de lamp niet aanflitst, controleer dan de bedrading. Zorg ervoor dat de positieve (+) draad is verbonden met de positieve terminal en de negatieve (-) draad met de negatieve terminal. Omgekeerde verbindingen kunnen voorkomen dat de lamp licht geeft.
