Your order is covered against loss, damage, or theft under the following conditions:

Lost: Eligible only if the carrier confirms non-delivery. Delays (e.g., customs, weather, inspections) do not qualify.

Stolen: If tracking shows delivered, a police report or official theft document is required. Customer statements alone are not accepted.

Exclusions: Orders with incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries are not covered.

Deadline: All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
