De Serge Mouille "Spider" 3 Still Arms Sconce is een tijdloos icoon van mid-century design, oorspronkelijk geïntroduceerd in 1955. Ontworpen om elke hoek van grote ruimten te verlichten, stralen de prachtige gearticuleerde armen uit van een centraal messing-balgewricht — bold, uniek en onmiskenbaar sculpturaal. Na 70 jaar nog steeds indrukwekkend, blijft het een van de meest herkenbare plafondlampen in modern interieurontwerp.
Beschikbaar in twee afwerkingen, brengt het een verfijnde en kenmerkende sfeer in restaurants, bibliotheken en grote woonkamers. De lichte constructie — gelakte aluminium reflectoren, stalen frame en messing zwenkgewrichten — maakt installatie eenvoudig zonder aan uitstraling in te boeten.

Kan ik de richting van elke arm aanpassen?
Ja — elke arm is gemonteerd op een messing balgewricht swivel, waarmee u elke reflector onafhankelijk kunt hoeken. Dit maakt de Spider ideaal voor grote ruimten waar u licht naar meerdere specifieke gebieden moet richten, zoals leeshoeken, eetgebieden of kunstwerken.
Welke maat moet ik kiezen — 3 lampen of 6 lampen?
De 3-lampen versie (L59″) werkt prachtig in eetkamers, slaapkamer zithoeken en medium-tot-grote woonkamers. De 6-lampen versie (L86.6″) is ontworpen voor zeer grote open-plan ruimten, lofts, restaurants of commerciële ruimten waar brede, gelijkmatige verlichting over een groot gebied nodig is.
Welke lampen heb ik nodig?
Elk fitting gebruikt een E26 of E27 fitting gloeilamp (standaard US fitting). Voor de meest authentieke mid-century look en warm diffuus licht, raden we LED-lampen met warm licht aan. Het aantal lampen komt overeen met het aantal lampen — 3 of 6. Lampen zijn niet inbegrepen.
Moet dit professioneel worden geïnstalleerd?
Ja — deze lamp is hardwired en vereist een elektrische plafondaansluiting. Gegeven de reikwijdte van de lamp (tot 86,6″ breed), vereist installatie voorzichtigheid om ervoor te zorgen dat de afdekkap correct is verankerd.
