Wabi-sabi lighting is imperfect on purpose: uneven glaze, raw paper, unpolished stone, burl wood left as it came off the lathe. The range includes Akari-style paper floor and table lamps, ceramic and travertine table lamps, crackle glass pendants and a series of log and stump forms.
Best in bedrooms, reading corners and entry consoles — rooms that want a soft, uneven pool of light rather than even coverage. Ceramic and paper shades forgive an unfinished wall.
